Postpartum anxiety is a common but often overlooked experience for many new parents. It's normal to feel a heightened sense of worry after bringing a baby home—concern about feeding, sleeping, or keeping your baby safe. However, when those worries become constant, overwhelming, or start interfering with your ability to function or rest, it may be a sign of postpartum anxiety that goes beyond the typical adjustment period.
